This semi-abstract seascape was inspired by my many early morning walks on the beach with my trusty camera.  I am an amateur bird photographer and so many of my paintings are based on  my photographs.  The seagulls make a wonderful subject and I love to do abstracted backgrounds for my bird paintings.  The colours are bright and harmonious and it would be a lovely little painting to remind you of the joys of the beach and the seagulls.
