This original water-based oil painting is a very soothing and lustrous painting. The poppy flowers glow out of a rich dark background. It is painted on a primed timber circular panel and is finished with three layers of archival varnish. It is signed on the back so as not to distract the observer, and has a sturdy hanging wire on the top of the back so that it will hang wiht the correct orientation. The colours are beautiful and it will hang harmoniously in any decor.
