This beautiful oil painting of a Rhododendron was inspired by the many lovely flowers in my garden.  I picked this one, placed it on a lovely piece of red satin and spent many hours painting it with buttery oils.  It has a very soft harmonious feel to it.  It is finished with many coats of archival varnish and is ready to hang.
