Regal Feline by Clare Riddington Jones – I took a photograph of this beautiful Tiger many years ago and promised myself I would paint it when I had time. Owing to present circumstances | have more time than usual to paint so I set about trying to do justice to this regal animal. I have used water-based Oils to complete this painting and spent many hours painting his fur. I think it is a dramatic painting which would make quite a statement in a contemporary home. It looks best with some light on it to bring out the rich colours of this magnificent animal.
